Gozaky Terms and Conditions
Gozaky reserves the right to update and amend the terms and conditions mentioned below from time to time without prior notice, thus we invite our dear customers to visit this page frequently.
Use of the site:
Gozaky website is free of charge, and users are responsible for all transactions and actions that they make through the site.
Prices and availability:
- All prices for the products on the website do NOT include 15% VAT.
- Some products displayed on the site may not be available.
- Some products, which can be immediately available, may not be available due to stock changes throughout the day.
If the required product is not available, the customer is notified and has the right to modify the order or refund the full amount within 12 hours, and if there is no response from the customer, “Gozaky” has the right to cancel the order (or cancel the unavailable product).
Gozaky reserves the right to change, add, or remove the prices and the special offers from time to time as necessary.
*Note: These changes do not apply to previously submitted applications.
Payment Methods:
"Gozaky" website provides the following payment methods: (Mada - Visa - MasterCard - Apple Pay), and the customer is committed to pay by one of these payment methods.
Gozaky reserves the right to refuse orders without being committed to the customer if the payments are not permitted or the payment method is incorrect.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
To cancel the order, the customer must contact the customer service within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of purchase, and the amount of the transaction will be refunded within 15 working days by bank transfer.
Replacement and Return Policy:
Products are only returned in the following cases:
- The product is damaged due to delivery, and in this case the customer must communicate the customer service within 6 hours from the time and date of receiving the order, provided that the damage should be described, and photos should be attached that show the damage and sent to the customer service email: [email protected] or to the WhatsApp number designated for that: +966558080472
- The product is defective or has expired.
- The product was delivered to the wrong address.
*Note: The customer has the right to submit a replacement or return request within 12 hours only from the time of receiving the request.
*Note: Bakery and sweets are sensitive products that cannot be returned or exchanged after receiving them, in the case of an error, the customer will be compensated with a new product or the value of the product in the wallet for the safety of our customers.
Special Orders / Custom Made Orders:
- The customer bears full responsibility for the specifications and details of the order, and Gozaky is not responsible for any error in the order.
- Customer requests are reviewed and such orders, having the presence of offensive phrases and others, may not be allowed according to our own criteria.
- If the customer wants to add an amendment to the special order (for example: entering the name to be written on the chocolate product incorrectly), he/she must contact the customer service within a maximum period of 6 hours from the date of the order via email: [email protected] or through WhatsApp at: +966558080472
- Gozaky reserves the right to use product images or samples for advertising and other purposes.
Shipping and Handling:
- Orders are delivered through the logistics services of (Gozaky) or through delivery companies.
- All products are refrigerated to ensure they are delivered in the best possible quality.
- The customer is responsible for determining the time of delivery and receipt of products. If the customer or his/her representative cannot be reached on the given date, the requested order is valid, and the customer must pay the value of that order.
Health and Food:
All offered products are made with the best ingredients, but some of them may contain ingredients that are allergens, such as: eggs, gluten-containing cereals, milk, almonds, and nuts in general.
